Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the noRxClinic website (norxclinic.com) and related services (the “Service”) operated by noRxClinic (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

About the Service

noRxClinic is an online retailer offering lab‑tested health products for vitality, weight loss, anti‑aging, fertility, and erectile support. Products are sold without requiring a prescription. We provide product information, order fulfillment, and shipping services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or personalized treatment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal right to purchase the products offered. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that use of the Service complies with applicable local laws.

Account Registration

You may create an account to place orders and manage preferences. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for suspected fraud.

Product Information and Medical Disclaimer

Product pages include ingredients, typical dosing ranges, administration routes, and usage notes. This information is for reference only. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting any therapy. You assume responsibility for determining whether a product is appropriate for you.

Ordering, Pricing and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or legal restrictions.
  • Prices shown are in the currency displayed and exclude taxes, duties, and customs fees unless stated. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your jurisdiction.
  • Payment is due at the time of order. Accepted payment methods: major cards (via third‑party gateways), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, and supported cryptocurrencies via our Crypto Gateway. We do not store full card PANs.
  • Crypto payments are final once blockchain confirmation is received; refunds for crypto payments will be handled per our Refunds and Returns Policy and may be issued in fiat at our discretion.

Shipping, Delivery and Risk of Loss

  • We ship to the U.S., most EU countries, and selected international destinations from regional warehouses. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.
  • Shipping fees and delivery windows are displayed at checkout. Packages are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging without medical labels.
  • Risk of loss and title pass to you when we deliver goods to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • We offer a reship policy for packages lost or seized prior to confirmed delivery, subject to investigation and our discretion. For missing contents from a delivered package, provide required unboxing evidence per our Refunds and Returns Policy.

Customs, Import Compliance and Local Law

It is your responsibility to ensure importing the products into your jurisdiction is legal. We are not liable for shipments refused by customs or confiscated packages. Where local law requires a prescription, receiving medicines without a prescription may be prohibited.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

  • For safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used medicines. See our Refunds and Returns Policy for details on eligible claims, evidence requirements, timeframes, and refund methods.
  • Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (text, images, logos, graphics, software) is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print materials for personal, noncommercial use only. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Misrepresent your identity, age, or eligibility.
  • Circumvent payment or verification processes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

We monitor orders and activity for fraud. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, delay fulfillment, or require additional verification where fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
