Tracking Information: A tracking number is typically available within three days after placing your order, and the package generally starts moving within the next 48 hours. Most orders are delivered within approximately one to two weeks after placing your order, depending on your location. If you are in a hurry, please use EU Warehouse #2!

Reshipping policy
All of our warehouses offer one reshipping option in the event that an order is seized or lost during the delivery process. Once a package is delivered to the provided address, we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items. Reshipping is possible if the package does not reach the customer due to reasons beyond our control, such as courier service errors or law enforcement seizures. Additionally, if customers provide video evidence of unpacking the package and find missing items, we will compensate accordingly.
