This gonadotropic hormone (HCG – human chorionic gonadotropin) stimulates testosterone production in men and triggers ovulation in women. Supplied as powder for reconstitution.

How it works

Hormone stimulation: Mimics luteinizing hormone to boost testosterone in men and trigger ovulation and mature follicles in women.

Your dosing schedule

• Men: 500–1,000 IU every other day, or 1,500–2,000 IU two–three times weekly
• Women: 5,000–10,000 IU single trigger dose, timed by your doctor to induce ovulation

How to take it: Reconstitute powder with bacteriostatic water. Inject intramuscularly or subcutaneously as prescribed. Your doctor will provide exact dosing and timing.

What to expect

Common side effects: Injection-site pain, mood changes, headache, fatigue. In men: breast tissue growth. In women: ovarian hyperstimulation (severe belly pain, rapid weight gain, breathlessness).

Serious (rare): Severe ovarian hyperstimulation or allergic reactions. Stop immediately and contact your doctor.

Not for you if: You have hormone-sensitive tumors. Women should use only as part of fertility protocols prescribed by a doctor.
