How it works

Growth hormone action: Stimulates IGF-1 production to support tissue repair, preserve lean mass, improve recovery, and enhance body composition and skin quality.

Your dosing schedule

• Men: Start 1–2 IU per day subcutaneously
• Women: Start 0.5–1.5 IU per day or every other day
• Range: 0.5–4 IU daily, adjusted based on your response and IGF-1 levels

How to use it: One injection under the skin daily (or as prescribed). The pen is pre-filled with 90 IU total. Rotate injection sites and follow aseptic technique. Keep refrigerated.

What to expect

Common side effects: Mild swelling, joint discomfort, carpal tunnel symptoms (especially at higher doses). Usually improve when dose is reduced or adjusted.
